Each rule in Sanchalan is mapped to its source — an RBI master circular, a CVC OM, a CCS rule, a DoPT memorandum. When the order prints, the citation prints with it. When the rule changes, the version changes.
Every order, decision, override, and rule publish is hashed and linked to the previous entry. If a single byte changes anywhere in the chain, every subsequent hash breaks. Stand up to CAG without breaking a sweat.
